Refund Policy
Return Window & Conditions
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage. Products must remain unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation intact.
Damage Reporting
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for verification. Claims raised after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used, installed, modified, or were custom-ordered cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Refund Processing
Once a return is approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Charges
Shipping, handling, and installation fees are non-refundable regardless of the reason for return.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are permitted only before the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
Warranty Coverage
Manufacturer warranty applies to all products but excludes damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized handling, or improper installation.
